Preparing School Communities to Deal with Grief

The school professional training program brings the services provided by BCW Tree House directly to the schools. We can help prepare you to deal with death and tragedy by educating your school community.

School personnel has the opportunity to make a big difference in the lives of grieving children, but often do not know how. We’re here to teach you more about the nature of grief for children and teens, including their unique needs and the many ways that adults can support them.

BCW Tree House offers education, guidance and support to school professionals currently dealing with, or preparing for, issues of loss, grief and tragedy among their students.

We offer consultations and presentations to the school community, including administration, guidance staff, teachers, students and parents.*

*Please call to discuss BCW consultation and support services and the fee.
